How long does the sale last?
Our BFCM Sale starts from Wednesday 30th October and ends Monday 2nd December 11.59pm AEDT.
Can I pick up my pots from your Sydney showroom?
Our Sydney Showroom has display stock only. All orders will be sent from our Melbourne Warehouse.
If an item is not in stock, can I add it to my order at a later date and receive the BFCM discount?
Our BFCM Sale is not valid for items that are out of stock or unavailable during the Sale period. The Sale is applicable to available stock only, and the discounts cannot be applied to an existing or new order once the sale period ends.
When will my order be dispatched?
We will aim to get your orders out as soon as possible! Orders placed during our BFCM Sale will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 5-10 business days. You will receive a notification email when your pots have been packed and dispatched with courier tracking details.
Can I purchase during the BFCM sale but have it delivered at a later date?
All orders placed during our BFCM Sale must be shipped within 5 business days and cannot be held at our warehouse.
I placed an order before the BFCM sale started, can I still get the discount on those pots?
Unfortunately, the BFCM Sale is only valid during the period of the Sale. The usual pricing will apply for any orders placed before or after the Sale period.
Will I receive my trade discount on top off the BFCM discount?
Our BFCM Sale is only applicable to our recommended retail prices and cannot be applied in addition to your usual trade pricing. However, you are welcome to purchase as a retail customer to take advantage of the discounts on offer during the Sale period.
Will I receive a free gift with my purchase?
Yes! We are offering a complimentary gift when you spend $500 or more in one transaction. The gifts vary each week and are subject to availability. You won’t be able to choose your gift.
Will I still receive my complimentary pot feet and drainage screen during the sale?
Yes, you will! When you unpack your order, please check that the drainage screen and pot feet have been included. Excludes Slugg and Humphrey Range.
I would like to Click & Collect my pots, when can I pick them up?
Click & Collect is available for VIC customers only. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email notification to set up an appointment to collect your pots from our Melbourne Warehouse, located in Cheltenham.
If I order multiple times will I be charged a separate delivery cost for each order?
Our 3rd party transport partners charge us based on factors such as volume, weight, and handing. Therefore, each order will incur its own delivery fee. The good news is that you are already saving up to 60% off your pots.
