It’s always exciting to start a new year, and it’s even more special at the Balcony Garden this year as we welcome a new addition, Bridget Morris. Bridget will be the face of the Balcony garden and with an extensive background and understanding of the interior design industry will be on hand for customers to workshop any space.
While Bridget is new to TBG, she is the younger sister of founder Anna, and so is very in tune with the brand and where we are headed. Recently finishing up at Boyd Blue, a well-regarded interior design wholesaler, Bridget is also a graduate of Design Centre Enmore.
“I love working with beautiful and interesting products, and seeing how materials, textures and colours can come together as one in a completed interior/exterior. My husband and I (who is a landscaper) recently bought on the northern beaches so I look forward to putting my skills to work on my own property now.”
Being a creative person, Bridget was drawn to interior design early, developing an affinity for Traditional and Scandinavian design. She has grown to admire such brands as Coco Republic, MCM House, Arteriors and of course The Balcony Garden.
“I’m excited to be working with The Balcony Garden because of the great range of products, my favourites being the JITT, Straight Up, Muffins and Tub. Being Anna’s sister I have witnessed the amazing growth of the brand first hand and couldn’t resist the opportunity!”
When not at work, Bridget loves hitting the beach, walking her dog Bella, F45 training, admiring orchids (her favourite plant) and hanging out with friends and family.
You can catch her in store or on the phone at The Balcony Garden.
